Estreia
Seu álbum de estreia, Exprience, em 1996, causou grande impacto na cena do holyhiphop e é considerado um clássico por muitos. O Tunnel Rats era composto na época pelos seguintes membros: a equipe Future Shock, LPG (Dax e Jurny Big), Peace 586, Raphi e Zane.
Nome
O nome Tunnel Rats vem do apelido de soldados americanos que precisavam verificar túneis em bombas na Guerra do Vietnã. As tropas americanas estiveram ativas no Vietnã de 1965 até sua retirada oficial em 1973. Dax costumava ser um "rato de túnel".
